Contemporary
Art.
Contemporary
art is a style that covers many other styles born at the beginning of the 20th
century. It encompasses the full range of artistic productions made in the
twentieth century, in other words, all executed artwork since 1900. At this
point new artistic styles and movements arose to challenge what was known as
modernism in painting, sculpture, and other media. The never ending search for
different forms of expression and the great aesthetics heritages are part of
many of its characteristics. I think that all
behind any artwork there is a story and with contemporary art there is almost always a
story behind it in which every author expresses the main point of their work.
"Eye Candy
#2" by an American artist and
sculptor Bruce Gray is done with pen and ink and magic markers on paper. This
is a very visually stimulating colorful abstract modern geometric contemporary
painting.
